Very nice :-) Sorry to hear about your back!! Have you let Matt know that your back is hurting? He needs to take this into account in prescribing your workouts. Funny, Matt's dad comes into my restaurant and eats and talks so proudly of his son to Dee Dee!!

You should probably go ahead and take the time to rule out anything serious. It may just be your muscles pulling on your spine, but if you've got burning in your lower extremeties, that sounds like some nerve issues to me!

I hope it is nothing serious! I'll keep you in my thoughts :-)

Wes, sadly Matt is not my coach. I wish he was though, but I am self-coached. He's fantastic and helped me figure out some really great core workouts and isolated leg workouts to help me build the strength back up in my leg that was broken.
